Bonnie May lives in Oceanside, CA and works as a strategist and grant writer for a clean energy consulting firm. With a lifelong passion for coastal conservation, Bonnie volunteered and interned with nature centers, beach cleanup organizations, and river parks throughout her academic career. She has a BA in Global Studies and Maritime Affairs from the California Maritime Academy and an MA in Conservation Biology from Miami University.
