Adrija Ghosh is a practising illustrator from Calcutta, residing in Bangalore. She draws for publications, editorials, children’s books and comics. When not drawing, she is obsessing about creating a culinary storm.

Mamata Pandya has been an environmental educator for over three decades. She is also an instructional design consultant, writer, storyteller, and blogger based in Ahmedabad.

Sahitya Rani is an independent illustrator and visual designer based in Thane. She primarily illustrates children’s and middle grade picture books and comics.

Rachel Brown is a conservation project manager and published author of nature-focussed fiction and nonfiction stories. She is equally passionate about wildlife conservation, travel and culture.

Manikandan is a development practitioner with about 18 years of experience in action research, NGO governance and programme management. He is an alumnus of Gandhigram Rural University. He is trained in the use of narrative analysis as a tool to explore beliefs and social institutions. He currently works as a Faculty in the School of Development at Azim Premji University (https://azimpremjiuniversity.edu.in/). He was previously associated with Kozmetsky Global Collaboratory (KGC-Stanford University), the Centre for Equity Studies (CES-New Delhi) and the Timbaktu Collective (TC-Anantapur). He has been intrigued by the multitude of elements that lead to societal inequities and is interested in exploring models that thrive to make the world an equitable one. He is in love with any form of children’s literature. He likes travelling, poetry and listening to people and their stories.

Ivan Jarić is a junior professor at the University of Paris-Saclay, and a researcher at the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

Bhavya Arora is an illustrator and graphic designer.
She creates detailed illustrations with 3 Sided Coin and not-so-secretly wants to illustrate 111 kids books.

Aina Brias-Guinart is a doctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki on the field of biodiversity conservation. Her current focus is on environmental education in Madagascar.

Radha Pennathur is a designer who specialises in visual storytelling and illustration. She works as the Lead Designer at WCS-India

Emiel de Lange is a conservation social scientist conducting interdisciplinary and applied research with practitioners to conserve biodiversity and improve human wellbeing

Vivek Chandran A is a passionate birdwatcher. He has immense love for all things living and pursues research on odonates because he believes they are the barometers of our environment.

Helen is a conservationist and wildlife photographer. She is just returned from a research trip in Namibia looking at whether mongoose diet can be used to monitor habitat recovery.

Deepika Khatri is the co-founder of The Curio-city Collective and co-host of a podcast on cities and well-being. She believes everyone has the power to create social change.

Imogen R. Marshall completed her BSc Biodiversity and Conservation Honours in 2020. Her honours research was in Conservation Genomics.

Oliver Manlik is a molecular ecologist, who focuses on the relationship between genetics, fitness and population dynamics to guide conservation. He is also a passionate teacher and hiker.

Dr Simon Allen is a Principal Investigator with Shark Bay Dolphin Research and, more broadly, studies wildlife-human interactions through fisheries, tourism, and climate breakdown.

 Larissa Thelin is an ecologist whose research focuses on investigating the impacts of climate change on vulnerable species. She is also a passionate science communicator.

Dr. Peter Kareiva is President and CEO of the Aquarium of the Pacific and a research professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was previously the director of the Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. Dr. Kareiva has taught at numerous schools like Brown University, University of Washington, University of California, Santa Barbara, Stanford University, Santa Clara University, University of Virginia, and Swedish Agricultural University. He has published over 200 scientific papers and authored/edited eight books in a wide range of fields including conservation and climate. He is the chief scientist for relistwolves.org, and was elected to the National Academy of Sciences in 2011.

Elishebah Tate-Pulliam received both her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Biology from Cal State University, Long Beach.  She was a member of the inaugural “African-American Scholars” cohort awarded by the Aquarium of Pacific in 2021.  After defending her Master’s Thesis, Elishebah has been volunteering, and working as a Research Assistant at the aquarium. Tate-Pulliam’s goal is to educate students in urban areas about the importance of wetlands and environmental awareness. 

Amalendu Kaushik is an animator, filmmaker and an Illustrator from Guwahati, Assam. He co-founded Studio Zeng, an animation and design studio and has been working in the field for commercial animation, socially impactful films and various other project based on the northeastern region of India.

Srihari Gnanavelu is an illustrator from Coimbatore, who draws unique characters from everyday life and weaves them into storylines. His goal is to create a brand of multimedia products centred around compositions, conveying the emotions that his stories carry.

Norzin Norbhu is an illustrator and small shop owner based

Dr Rohan Shetti is a scientist researching response of vegetation to contemporary climate change around the sub-arctic and tropical high-altitude forests.
