Shivangi Pant

I am a visual communicator, designer and a storyteller, working towards disseminating information and stories sensitively. Currently, I am exploring what art can do for nature conservation. Growing up in a valley, I always had a close connection with nature which taught me a lot about the relationships people share with the natural world. While doing my postgraduate degree in design from Srishti institute of art, design and technology I worked on effectively combining my love for art with my growing interest in wildlife and the environment. Since then I have dedicated my career towards working at the intersection of art and conservation. As a Managing Editor (Art and design) at Current conservation I hope to further this journey and effectively communicate science through art and design.
