Ramya Ravi is a doctoral scholar at ATREE. She has studied the transformation of Banni
grasslands due to the invasion of Prosopis juliflora at the complex intersection between invasive species, grasslands, pastoralists, livelihoods, and history. Her broad interests lie in applying interdisciplinary frameworks to better understand social ecological systems.
