Mishal Gudka is a Kenyan coral reef scientist working for CORDIO East Africa, a non profit research and conservation organization dedicated to marine and coastal ecosystems in the western Indian Ocean (WIO). He has led WIO data aggregation and analysis initiatives, including Red List assessments, and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Melbourne.
